JV Manufacturing has two facilities in Pennsylvania dedicated to stamping dies. These facilities have tool manufacturing capabilities, comprising techniques such as grinding, wire EDM, EDM, ECM, and high-speed CNC machining. It invests heavily in remodeling and updating its manufacturing technologies to evolve with industry demands.

Driven to enhance its metal forming capabilities, it partnered with PEM, a leader in precision electrochemical machining systems (ECM), to serve as the PEM Application Center (PAC) in the U.S. The PAC provides manufacturing solutions for customers looking for production ECM.
